Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased software for your business. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, each Party Table license is tied to one activated computer and is intended for one table installation.

Restrictions

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, or make the software available to third parties except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Multiple Tables or Venues

Each table installation requires its own license unless we agree to different terms in writing. Contact us for volume pricing if you operate multiple rooms or venues.

Hardware and Installation

You are responsible for selecting compatible hardware, safely installing equipment, following documentation, and ensuring your venue is suitable for use. Product recommendations are provided as practical suggestions, not guarantees from the third-party manufacturer or seller.

Updates and Support

We may provide updates, bug fixes, and support as described on the product page at the time of purchase. New games or major new features may be sold separately.

Prices and Payment Currency

Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, prices are shown and charged in United States dollars (USD). Your card issuer or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges or other fees.

Availability
